Delilah, one reason to feed raw is to reduce backyard cleanup - both of poop (rawfed poop is smaller and crumbles on its own) and of dead animals. Let the dogs clean up after themselves. Environmentally friendlier, too. big grin

I think Meko would try to catch birds to eat. Birds, rabbit, or squirrel. She chases them all, but out of the three, she HATES birds. Anything that flies, even planes. If she can't catch any of those, she would die. BOL.

Gretta's strategy would be wander until she found a people, then ask them for dinner.

Rondo actually did pretty well at Earthdog when we lived closer to places that did it. He'd probably eat things he finds in holes.
Callie the- Azores- Cattle dog

Cooper would be dead, I am afraid. He is scared of trash cans, so no rummaging there, if he chases something, he does not know what to do with it and if it fought back, he would run away. As for Callie, she has a crazy prey drive and goes after anything small, furry and fast. She would survive just fine.
