Holy smokes.. I got to be the dog of the day in one of my groups.. I am so proud.. Actually more proud than when I won 2 BIS bred by... cuz this was from my dear friends.. I am so honored..(mom tears).. I can't thank you guys and all of Dogster for accepting us so closely so fast.. I love you ALL so very much!!! It makes me getting a "bad Dog" from mommy earlier today.. but c'mon.. tomato avocado and sprouts.. WAY more than I could handle... But again.. I truely love you guys and so does my mom... Like I think I said before.. She like it here MUCHbetter than actually talking to people..

Woooooooooooooooooof... finally my mamma feels better.. She meditated for days it seems like... but.. whatever works right?? Shanna called last night and said she was gonna stay in Portland for Thanksgiving.. SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET... now mom does not have to stress about having meat cooked in her house (she was having a HUGE amount of stress about this) Sometimes it's not so easy being a veg.. but like my mamma says...She wants to be part of the solution as opposed to the problem..WAIT.. Don't let her go on a rant now.. She is in WAY too good of a mood for ranting about food... anyway.. its all about I think its gonna be spinich lasagna..But since it is just her and dad.. who knows.. could just be veggie burgers and fries.. lol.. I am not really sure what happened.. but since dogster.. she got REAL lazy in the kitchen..lol

Hey my dear friends.. I just want you to know those of you who totally supported me thru a little crisis (Ya'll know who ya are) I will always love ya for that!!!

Everything here is weird as usual.. Mom is depressed over Guido.. Can't remember if I told ya'll our Aunt Claire (quite elderly with Altzheimers) fell and fractured her shoulder. Mommy is spending lots of time meditating and stuff like that.. Daddy went to the church yesterday to light candles and to have a special mass said for Guido and Claire.. I think my mom is so sensitive to the elderly cuz she took care of her mom and her mom literally died in my mammma's arms.. and all this stuff is bringing all that mess back to the front line..

Also... My mom is so NOT ok with Shanna cooking a trukey here.. but it seems to mean so much to her to have a traditional Thanksgiving... Mom is gonna TRY not to think about it..

I guess all my diary stuff is depressing lately.. hopefully things will be happier soon..

Ohhhhhhh HOLY CATS !!.. We are having a HUGE storm here.. just heard wind blasts up to 75mps.. and rain rain and more rain.. I know I told you all about Uncle Guido.. just found out that our Aunt Clair also fell and fractured her shoulder.. Daddy went to the church today to have special masses said for them and lighted candles.. Mamma is gonna go light candles tomorrow... Man.. what a month..

Ohhhhh YEAH!!!!!!!!!! my mamma feels better.. We heard that our Uncle Guido did well thru surgery and is recovering.. That made her feel so much bettter... Ya know how it is with Big'ol' Italian families.. We get all frantic and stuff... .. Anyhow.. I talked her into playing a few games on here tonight and say hi..

Hey everyone... Sorry my mom hasn't been doing too well.. Anxiety is so yucccccky.. And the today.. we heard that Our Uncle Guido (he is I thihk 94 or so and is my dad's uncle) anyway.. He fell down and broke his hip.. We don't have any news yet on his condition.. All we know is that he needed surgery.. When it rains it pours.. I wanna thank everyone who sent me lovely prezzies.. I sure do love my dogster pals.. My mama just does not really feel up to hanging out much.. we played a couple of minutes, but it didn't cheer her up much.. Uncke Guido is a very special guy and my people are on pins and needles about his condition.. he just got out of the hospital because of a heart problem.. mamma is so worried.. Anyway.. just wanted ya'll to know whats going on here.. Mom says she will snap out of it soon.. and will mail all my special friends..

OMG.. my mom is so upset... Someone stole her ATM card and went to several bars and restaurants (where they don't ask for your pin) They got us for about a grand.. Luckly mom went shopping for groceries before this happened and thank GOD we are really goood friends with the lady who owns the local feed store.. My dad had to go in and ask her to "loan" us a bag of dog food" my mom swears the world has gone mad!! what a S*&@y thing to do.. We are totally broke!!! my mom's account was drained... At one of the places ( a bar.. they spent over $120!!!! How the HELL do you spend that much at a bar and still be able to walk.. did they buy rounds for the entire place?? No wonder my mom likes dogs more than most people...

Sorry.. My mom had to vent!!!.. I mean she knows that money comes and money goes.. but when you literally live paycheck to paycheck and something like this happens.. is just so wrong.. Oooooh whoever did this is gonna get hit by a KARMA storm like no other!!

Ok guys,, this one is absolutly HYSTERICAL!!!Last night I was minding my own business havin a little snooze.. WELL... Ya'll know. I am a watch dawg too... barking at every little noise and always been on alert and stuff... ok.. so we alll know this... ok so here I am on the floor havin a little snooze and my mom rips a fart not even a giant earth rattling one.. just more of a little poot.. so she goes poot and I picked my head up off the floor a bit and simply said woof ..Yup... just one woof... not the usual OMG there is an intruder woof fest.. My mom and Shanna were on the floor laughing hysterically.. It was THAT funny!! Well Mom and Shanna were drinkin a little wine so it was WAY more funny to them....

Just thought I would share the insanity that goes on here!!

Ohhhhhhhhh my mom actually gave in and my step sister and step son (the human ones) HAVE to actually EAT turkey.. My mom gave in.. It's gonna be hard a bit on her as the poor bird well.. we won't go into all of that.. Mamma is all kinds of into PETA nad other humane groups.. But can ya'll be so proud of her for letting her have the courage to let a turkey be cooked at home... We have so little family and it means a WHOLE lot to my Shanna (mom's Bestie who lives here) and her stepson that she is willing to over look the birs thing and gonna just eat the sides which Shanna swears she is gonna make Vegan..

Ohh and another thing.. Mom is gonna get me a plus membership so we can send more prezzies to our pals and stuff...

I had a rather lazy day as it um guess what?? oh yeah.. rained again on the Oregon Coast.. ... Mamma took a REAL long nap (which she REALLY needed) I guess insomnia really blows so when she can actually catch a nap I am especially good.. I snuggled so close to her when she was going to sleep.. somehow.. when she is able to match her breathing to mine it makes it better.. Thats cool with me.. cuz she snuggles so good.. and I feel so loved with her arms around me.. I love to cuddle her.. But then.. when I was sure she was safe and asleep.. I went for a snuggle with my Shanna.. she is ULTRA cool too.. cuz she is the one who gets to take me to the beach.. Mamma's knee is so not good for uneven surfaces.. but thats ok with me.. I am here to protect my mom and when I get to go to the beach to run.. that is pretty great too.. .. Kinda wish mom could "do" the sand, but it isn't worth her hurting for days after...

Wow.. I didn't mean for this diary entry to go on and on and on so..

Ohhhh.. I do need to tell you how much Dogster means to me!!!.. It's the best place EVER!! even if my mom has a hard time talking doggy..

Oh happy happy joy joy

Sometime back.. My mom entered me in a photo contest and guess what I won the grand prize!!! Mamma wona $100 gift certificate form BestforYour Beast.com Anyhoo... My prizes came inthe ups today (of course I barked like a freak) but.. Mamma picked out a raised feeder so now I don't have to lay down to eat.. that willl be cool... I also got a Pedi Paws... That ROCKS... cuz before mom used a Dremel that NEVER worked right and it was brand new.. but it was cheap on ebay.. Well we live and learn right.. and the coolest thing.. She got me a pair of Doggles.. I am not so sure I like em over my eyes yet.. but mom swears I'll get used to it... They will protect my eyes from road stuff cuz I LOVE to stand on the center consol of the car andstick my head out of the sunroof.. Mom was so worried about me getting stuff in my eyes tho.. The Doggles are super cool.. they are black with orange flames on em.. She swears that I will look pawsome...

My favorite treat are Greenies.. Yumm-O

1. I fart out loud like I mean it.. then I look all proud when my peoples eyes start to bleed! (its a gas hehehe)

2. I kinda miss my show coat.. I used ta look like a Lion GRRRR

3. Glad the show coat is gone.. cuz taking care of it was a real pain in the rump

4. Vegan burgers are mighty tasty... Tofu ain't so bad neither

5. I am scared POOPLESS of cats.. only saw one once and that was enough for me...

6. Best thing is when mama gives ice cubes from her iced tea WAY yummy

7. My mom kisses me right upon my puppy lips and she dosen't even think it's gross.. (Unless I get carried away and slip her tongue)

Ohhhhh guess what.. Champagne and I are now boyfriend and girlfriends.. I am so HAPPY!!! She is so beautiful and sweet and now.. she is my girl and I am SOOO proud!!! I am gonna ask her to the Poodle prom!!! but shhhhhhhh don't tell her yet.. it's gonna be a surprize....

Oh boy oh boy.. my mamma has played on Dogster for a little while and she already feels better.. Thank you all for being such good friends.. Its kinda like she has a voice thru me and that makes her less shy and stuff..

Oh wow.. I really shoulda seen this coming... Mommy gets all anxious then the downfall.. It hasn't happened in so long, I kinda forgot about it. I kinda feel helpless as all I can do is nuggle with her and give her lots of kisses.. that always makes her smile.. even when she is "on the downward spiral" I hope this one doesn't last too long!!! But the new people Dr. gots her on new medicine and she feels so much better.. I am thinking she will snap outta it. I hope so.. I hate to see her sad.. Depending on how she feels.. She wil try to hang out in the dogster rooms as that is kinda an outlet for her. That is just one more thing I love about Dogster. It makes my mom happy to hang with you guys!!! In fact.. she is "obvioulsly" up and out of her room talking now so She just told me she was gonna stop in at the rooms at least to say hi... She really loves and cares about all of you so much!!!I do to!!!

Ohhhhhh My mamma did not have such a great day today. She was anxious and nervous all day... even the medicine didn't help... I tried to be the bessstest doggy evey and tried to be a calming effect on her.. It worked a little... Actually.. She says.. I am the only thing when she "gets" this way is her best medicine.. I love that..

Dear Diary.... Ohhhhhhhh the weather on the Oregon coast.. We are having a thunder and lightning storm... not to mention rain rain and more rain.. No beach walks errr runs for me today.. Prolly not tomorrow either.. I guess it gonna be chase the dog (gonna steal me a toilet paper roll iffin I can find one) thats my favorite game cuz when mamma is home she will trade me a treat for the stolen goods cuz she can't run anymore since she broke her knee, but when daddy gets home.. its GAME ON!!! I can't help it I'm a poodle puppy and I needs my exercise...... However.. taking naps alll snuggled up with mom is pretty great too.. Sometimes I just like to lay on the floor on my back.. legs in all directions.. That is so comfortable.. then when I wake up I get to hug mom and have giant puppy stretches and she scratches my back that feels sooooooooo good.. Oh guess what ?? My Shanna gave me a bite of a grilled cheese sammich and when I ate it my ear fur accidently got in my mouth and stole the bit of sammich from out my mouth.. so she had to pick it all out.. then I got it back.. it was delicious.. Vegan cheese dosen't taste to bad at all.. Oh and check THIS out... Shanna isn't goin for the whole noo meat thing and she sneaks off and buys herself this thing called a summer sausage.. MAN.. that stuff is da bomb!!! When I figure out she got one in her room.. you KNOW thats where you will find me...

Well happy me... It is just mamma an me.. thats the best.. Everyone left so I get to be the TOP dog and protect my mom.. (shhhhhhhhhhhh) I really do love her most of all.. She is rather fragile as much as she hates to admit this.. but she is.. and I am so sensitive to this.. I SWEAR to NEVER let anything bad happen to her.. even when she gets sad for who knows what reason... I am Her protecter and she loves me more than anything... I am not even embaressed she is so ... ummmm fragile.. I am proud of my mom.. She loves me more than anything and thats cool with me...

Ohhhhhhhh Dear Diary.. Today is Friday.. that means that dad is gonna be home all weekend long.. YEAH!!! He can play chase with me and I like that... Mom is not so good at chase cuz of her broken knee. so I am real careful with her.. Plus.. My Shanna is having a friend come over tonight to play cards with my people . I LOVE meeting new people... They smell good (sometimes) and I bet my parents and everyone will be drinkin some wine and that means dancing.. I LOVE to dance.. and daddy is Italian so we get to slow dance to Sinatra.. I LOVE Sinatra... thats big fun... when mama gets a little wine in here she sings I've Got a Crush on You to me.. that makes me feel soooo special!!! I have some really bad news tho too.. My Shanna is wanting to make a real turkey and all the fixins for Thanksgiving.. My mom is not good with that even tho she did say it was ok.. I am lookin forward to real turkey cus then tofurkeys are just gross.. (Mommy and daddy don't like em either.. I think mom is gonna make spinich lasagna for them.. thats ok... but real meat.. co'mon.. I AM a dog and can't help myself.. but I feel bad that my mom has to let a Turkey get cooked.. Its not easy to have parents who are Vegans.. even tho I can't really tell from the fake meat sometimes... it tastes good too. My parents are such animal lovers it is not just a diet to them.. sighs.. whats a dog to do.. I just laugh and run with it..

WOW.. It is really storming.. I am glad to be curled up nice and warm and cozy at my mom's feet.. Bummer dad forgot to buy dog food and had to go back to the store in this mess..But.. he is a good dad and would never let us not have doggy food just cuz of a stupid storm!!! He is the best dad ever!!! He even went to all my doggie shows and put up with all kinds of stuff... Once... He even bought a car, cuz it was a 4 day show and he had to work.. and mom had the suv... so he bought a car just to get to the show when he was able to get there.. plus he got a new car and that made him happy.. WOW!!! Thats devotion!!! More tomorrow..

Ohhhh what a day what a day.. My Shanna feels great, but BUT of course we are having one of those famous Oregon coast rain/wind storms.. DRAT!!! I really really hate going outside when its like this.. but guess what. my people hate it more.. I mean I really don't minds so much anymore.. When I still had my show coat it was a HUGE DRAG as Mama had to comb me out and then blow dry me or it would be a MESS!! and I really didn't mind getting ready for a show.. the thing I hated most was all the time it took.. Standing still for HOURS was not so much fun.. the other thing I hated... matts.. those HURT and my mama would almost be in tears getting them out.. but I was brave and didn't cry.. not even once.. BUT NOW!!.. Without my show coat.. I feel So FREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! and when I have to go out in the rain or come home from the beach or whatever when I get wet.. its all about SHAM-WOW!!! (Germans make good stuff) hehehehe... Well I think thats about all I have to say for now.. I think my mom and I are gonna go have a little cuddle nap.. I LOVE it when dads not home from work yet cuz I get to lay on his pillows and snuzzle with mom.. she even lets me give her snoggers too... right upon my puppy lips!! I am one lucky doggy!!! Oh and tonight I am gonna go to the memorial for Harley Dog.. While I didn't know him, I am sad for his mom... I know how hard it was on my mom when Lakota passed on...

Ohhhhhhhhh man.. two whole days off the beach.. I sure wish my Shanna would get better.. I don't even feel like tormenting my mom by stealing laundry and she either hid or something evil like that to all the toilet paper rolls.. Hopefully tomorrow I can get out at least for a car ride.. Maybe if I'm lucky I still can score one later on this afternoon when my dad gets home.. Ohhhhhhh Guess what?? I won the grand prize in a photo contest and my mom got me some cool doggles with orange flames on them.. I hope they come soon. I LOVE standing on the console of the car and sticking my head out of the sunroof!! but mom is so worried about me getting something in my eyes.. I hope I like the Doggles.. They may be kinda weird at first, but I bet I can deal..Oh and another thing.. I am making so many new friends on Dogster!!! that is the coolest news of all..

Oh boy oh boy A whole new day.. I woke my Mama up with kisses and snuggles.. what a great way to wake up... THEN.. I woke up my Shanna with love and kisses too ( Shanna is my mom 's best friend who lives here too).. She feele a little better but I don't think we are gonna make it to the beach again today as my mom told her to stay snuggled up for one more day and just get better. I think that is a good idea.. My Daddy is gonna take me for a short walk right now. I wish my mom's knee was good so we could all go to the beach, but I understand.. Gotta go with dad now before he has to go back to work.. I sure miss him when he is gone even tho I am my mama's boy!!! Hugs and wags to everyone. HAVE a HAPPY DAY!!!

Ohhhh geeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzz...... My Shanna is sick and it dosen't look like we are gonna make it to the beach. Oh well snuggling next to my mom is good enough.. better in fact cuz she knows just how to scratch my ears.. And I do like to hang out and watch tv. Snow Dogs is my favorite movie ever. Sleep sounds pretty good too come to think of it.. There is a lot to say for having a lazy day.

Ohhhh I hope my friend Shanna feels better today because she takes me to the beach everyday. I meet so many new friends at the beach to play with. Plus running in the water is also so much fun!!! (Especially since I got my show coat shaved off) I think I am going to miss going to the dog shows but I hear when I have my birthday my mom is gonna start me in agility training.. I am gonna LOVE that!! Oh and guess what??? my usually shy mom is really starting to like Dogster!!! and we are making lots of new friends here... Well .. I guess thats all for now.. More tomorrow
