Fun morning.

Mom got called into work to sign something this morning so she decided to take me with. Once she was done she took me to the dog park! There were three other dogs there when we first got there. Two of them weren't so nice at first but they finally warmed up to me. We played a little then they had to go home. Then I ran around and played catch with mom before she said it was time for us to go. It didn't end there. We went straight to PetSmart and mom got me a couple of bully sticks to chew on and a new duck toy. I knew she loved me! We walked around for awhile before we left. It was a nice morning.

Mom is talking about going back this evening. Something about talking to one of the nice trainer ladies who know me. She said she wants to put me in an intermediate class but isn't sure if I'm ready since I won't walk down all the isle's in the store. I told her I would make sure to make her proud, no matter what. I loved puppy class and passed with flying colors. Intermediate class can't be that hard!

I DON'T WANNA!

Mom told me I have an appointment for a bath today at PetSmart. I don't want to go but she pretty much just told me "tuff." Ugh, guess the good thing is that I'm not alone. She said since PetSmart wouldn't just do Tehya's nails now Tehya is getting a bath to0, so her nails can be clipped. I let mom clip my nails without hassle but Tehya is too squirmy and complains a lot so it's hard for mom to do hers. Well, darn, oh well. Mom said she is going to clean while we are gone so I guess, to make mom's life easier, I'll go without complaint. I think it will be nice to be clean and come to a clean home anyway. All though I would have loved to find a good mud puddle to get all muddy in before I go but I don't think that will happen. Mom always hated putting me in the truck after I had fun in the mud. I never really understood why though, it seemed okay to me.

Tehya

Mom had to take my kitty back to the vet today. She wasn't doing anything but sleeping on the couch. Wouldn't eat or drink and would cry when mom picked her up. The vet said it was a reaction to the shot she got yesterday. They gave her some fluids under her skin and a shot of vitamin B12 as well as another shot for pain. They said she should feel better but if not she has to go back tomorrow. I hope she feels better because mom has to work tomorrow and won't really have time to take her back to the vet. I told mom I would watch over Tehya and mom smiled and said thanks. I think she is a little worried and I am too. I don't like it when Tehya doesn't want to play. I'm sure she will be okay though. Those vets are nice people and made me feel better before when I was sick from being inside the pound. I'm sure they can make Tehya better too.

Moms weekend again.

Mom finally got to stay home all day today. She had to take my kitty to the vet for her shots this morning but after that we spent a few hours being lazy. Then, when it dried up some outside mom took me to the dog park and threw a stick for me, which was fun. Then I went to check the mail with her. I love when mom stays home, doesn't matter what we do. I just hope she doesn't have to do these 12 hour shifts forever.

Lazy day

Mom is off today, finally! I understand why she wants to be lazy today and I definately have no problem being lazy right along with her. It's just nice she is home. I don't like how she has had to work long hours like she has been. It seems she comes home, goes to sleep, and leaves again. Atleast I have my Tehya, my new kitty for company while mom is gone. She definately keeps me on my paws since she is so young and hyper. She is a good snuggle buddy too. Anyway, back to relaxing with mom. Maybe she'll take me to the park or for a walk in a little while.
